Best Sushi in Las Vegas? If you are planning to come to Vegas soon (oh yeah Vegas is back baby! Rona who???!) and looking for a good sushi restaurant when you are here, search no more! Presenting the best sushi in Las Vegas in my opinion and I’m a self-proclaimed sushi snob too by the way.
All You Can Eat sushi (AYCE sushi)
Not only this is one of the better sushi restaurants in Vegas, they are also in All You Can Eat (AYCE sushi) format! Aka you pay one price, and you can order most of the items on the menu as much as you want! Provided you can eat them all or they WILL charge you for gluttony. They have a couple of options but my favorite is the $28.99 for 90-minutes of pure, glorious joy of awesome sushi in Las Vegas! This “A” course package gives you access to pretty much all the items on the menu. Some exceptions include certain items that you can only order one time. For the rest, you can order as much as you can eat!
Some examples of delicious sushi I ordered
Nigiri! Nigiri and more Nigiri! The yellowtail and the salmon belly were the best!

The Rock and Roll No Rice Sushi Roll was interesting to say the least. I’m just okay with this one. I’m not exactly a fan because I think the cucumber wrap is throwing me off a bit. However, the server said this is one of their popular items.

More yummy nigiri sushi! I had to order the yellow tail again since the first batch was so creamy, buttery smooth! The red snapper was good. Also the server suggested I try the sweet shrimp (amaebi) which is basically half-cooked shrimp nigiri. Very interesting texture and bit rubbery taste versus your usual ebi nigiri (fully cooked shrimp). Good to try new things though!

Ahhhh the glorious Ahi Poke Tuna Salad
The ahi poke salad was delicious! I have no idea what dressing they used but it goes very well with the fresh-tasting tuna.

And the satisfying Miso Soup!
If you ever feel down, try some miso soup. No it won’t cure depression but hey you will feel good after!

After the best sushi in Las Vegas – the Mango Mochi ? for dessert
I usually eat green tea mochi or strawberry ones. This is the first time I had a mango mochi and I can say that I like it! ?

Last but not least, Iced Green Tea
Okay this one is not included in the $28.99 course but you can get unlimited refills. They also have sake and soju choices if you would like to try those instead.

Yummy sushi menu + appetizers
Here’s the full menu pictures of the All You Can Eat yummy sushi in Vegas:

As you can see there are two courses, the A course is of course the best one since it is a bit more expensive than the B course as it gives you access to all items. If you are a nigiri lover, get A course!! So far I’ve tried tuna, salmon, albacore, yellowtail, sweet shrimp (amaebi) and salmon belly nigiris. My favorite would be the yellowtail and salmon belly nigiris. The yellowtail nigiri is just so creamy and melts-in-your-mouth like butter! ?????
More than just amazing sushi in Las Vegas
On this list, I’ve had their miso soup, tuna poke salad (super yum!) and a couple of desserts like the mango mochi (also super yum!) and the fried banana. Next time I’ll try the Korean Street toast and report back.

Sushi Rolls Galore with Fancy Names
All sushi rolls you can think of are here. If the other sushi restaurants in Las Vegas don’t have it, they will have it here! I mean just look at these super fancy sushi rolls names. Kiss of Fire? ? Jack Pot? ? Work Out? ?? Yep they have it all! The only roll I had so far is the Rock & Roll since it had no rice (pictured earlier). Rice is filling! You don’t want that if you are trying to maximize your ROI (return on investment) on that $28.99 ?

Good Lord more sushi rolls!
The sushi rolls list seems to keep going on and on at this sushi restaurant! As I mentioned above I don’t order them with the AYCE Sushi course. However I have had Door Dash deliver from them before and I had tried (à la carte) their Rainbow and Tiger roll I think. ? They were both good! Next time maybe I’ll try the Sashimi Lover and Albacore Crazy or I Love My Ass roll ? ? ?

Top Sushi and Oyster
If you’ve been paying attention to the pictures above, the name of the best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas (in my humble opinion, so far at least) is Top Sushi and Oyster. It is actually located in Henderson, which is next to Las Vegas…I know right? Who knew?!! If your idea of Vegas is just the Strip, then prepare for some mind-blowing fact. There are other good sushi restaurants in Vegas and the neighboring Henderson. Imagine that!? They are not only oftentimes better but also do not have the tourist price tags! Shhh! ? I know some locals might not want you to know this little gem. It can be our little secret ? Plus, Top Sushi and Oyster is only 22 minutes drive from Ceasars Palace on the Strip.
The best sushi in Las Vegas Restaurant Premises
The Sakura flowers are everywhere giving you some cherry blossoms realness! Here’s the reception area if you want a preview of the indoor dining ambiance:

The dining booth. As I said, sakuras are everywhere! The UK red telephone booth is cute too.

They also have a fancier dining booth with more privacy.

Final Bill + Final Thoughts on Best Sushi in Las Vegas
In case you’re thinking…”Oh he must be sponsored by the sushi restaurant! Of course, he is going to say only good things if they are giving free sushi”. Let me just stop you right there. ? They didn’t sponsor me for this post (I wish they did though LOL). Here’s the proof of the bill:

See? I had to pay just like everyone else! ? I did fully maximize my ROI though – ate $90+ worth (if I had to order à la carte) for $35.75!!! ? Now that’s worth typing up a long, full review for!
The quality of the fish is parallel to the other best sushi restaurants in Vegas that I’ve been to, if not better. I was not expecting much due to their AYCE format. All your orders are made fresh and served (not Chinese buffet style either). You can betcha I’m going to go back soon! Thinking this will be my monthly pilgrimage from now onwards hehehe ?
